Smooth Closing has been in business since 2011, and is looking to add a highly motivated member to the team! If you're someone who builds trust easily, follows through without being asked, and genuinely enjoys helping people find solutions, this role might be a natural fit. As a Real Estate Acquisitions Research Specialist at Smooth Closing, your focus is on connecting with homeowners across Central Texas, listening to their situations, and opening the door to options they may not have known they had. It's not high-pressure work. It's patient, people-first outreach that makes a real difference for families navigating difficult circumstances. This role has a comfortable rhythm. You'll work within a proven system, follow a clear process, and have the support of a team behind you every step of the way. Paid training is included, so you'll always know what to do and how to do it. You won't be thrown into the deep end. You don't need a real estate background. If you have experience in a role where relationships and consistent effort mattered, whether that's in sales, customer service, or community outreach, your skills are more transferable than you might think. We offer a base salary plus commission in a stable, team-oriented environment where your contributions are recognized, and your growth is supported. This is a role where showing up consistently and caring about the people you talk to is genuinely valued. If you're looking for meaningful work where you can help people, grow at your own pace, and be part of a company that has your back, we'd love to hear from you.
