Responsibilities: • Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward • Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process • Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition • Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction • Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions • Find acquisition properties • Develop a builder, developer, and contractor network • Investment property lead generation • Investment property lead follow-up • Listing appointments • Investment property buyer and seller sales Qualifications: • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required • Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed • Real estate license required • Ability to learn and coachable • Sales experience Compensation: $135,000 at plan
