    We’re looking for a Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist to join a high-performing team focused on results. In this role, you’ll handle prospecting, deal prep, and closing transactions—ensuring a smooth and successful experience from start to finish. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or looking to grow your career, this commission-based opportunity is built around sales, lead conversion, and consistent production. You'll be backed by full training, strong support, and a powerful infrastructure, including: • Provided leads • Full in-house marketing team • Two dedicated admin assistants • Listing coordinator • Hands-on manager support • Weekly coaching and training • Continued growth and development Responsibilities: • Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed • Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition • Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward • Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions • Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers • Find acquisition properties • Develop builder, developer, and contractor network • Investment property lead generation • Investment property lead follow-up • Listing appointments • Investment property buyer and seller sales Qualifications: • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work • Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented • A real estate license is requiredCommission opportunity • Sales experience • Must live within daily driving distance of the office Compensation: $80,000 - $165,000 at plan
