Responsibilities: • Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction • Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales • Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process • Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition • Follow up on all leads and requests for information Qualifications: • Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments • Real estate license is required in order to work with clients and earn commissions • Great communication • Driven • Self-starter Compensation: $160,000+ at plan
