We are eagerly seeking a talented full-time real estate acquisitions specialist to join our real estate team. You will pursue new properties for the company and cultivate relationships with buyers to sell these properties. You must be results-oriented, think strategically, and build connections with homeowners and investors. Responsibilities: • Follow up on all leads and requests for information • Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers • Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition • Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process • Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients • Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward • Build and maintain relationships with potential sellers via phone, email, and in person • Research and determine the appropriate price for each home • Negotiate and sign contracts • Collaborate and coordinate with a team Qualifications: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Passionate about sales, business, and/or real estate • Naturally curious and takes initiative • Eager to continuously learn and grow • Proficient in computer skills, including most Microsoft Office programs • Able to work independently and in groups • Previous sales experience preferred • CRM software experience preferred • High school diploma or GED required.
