Responsibilities: • Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information • Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research • Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close • Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM • Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients • Underwrite prospect leads and make competitive offers • Meeting company KPIs, to help reach personal/business goals Qualifications: • Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented • 4-year college degree in Sales, Business, Real Estate or related experience highly desired • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone • +1 years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desired • Real estate license not required at time of hiring but applicant must obtain at start of employment Compensation: $48,000 - $100,000
