First year earning potential when hitting goals: $140,000+ In this opportunity, you will learn how to source off-market opportunities, build trust with motivated sellers, and support negotiations that lead to signed contracts. You will work alongside investors and acquisitions professionals who focus on clear communication, consistent follow-up, and steady execution. This environment is built for learning by doing. Responsibilities: • Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information • Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract • Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close • Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale • Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends • Find acquisition properties • Develop a builder, developer, and contractor network • Investment property lead generation • Investment property lead follow-up • Listing appointments • Investment property buyer and seller sales Qualifications: • Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Real estate license required • Ability to learn and coachable • Sales experience Compensation: $140,000 at plan
