Sales experience is NOT required. What matters most is your ability to provide an outstanding customer experience and build relationships with potential sellers. This position requires a combination of strong people skills and acute attention to detail. You’ll receive comprehensive training to ensure you have all the tools and knowledge needed to succeed. Responsibilities: • Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward • Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed • Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients • Respond to interested seller leads via calls, texts, and emails to assess interest and close deals. • Conduct basic due diligence on properties, ensuring accurate valuations and proper research. • Prepare and write purchase agreements and contracts. • Collaborate with local realtors to facilitate property sales after acquisitions. Qualifications: • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone • +1 years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desired • A proactive, self-motivated approach to work. • Willingness to learn new systems and adapt to changing workflows. Compensation: $15 - $18 hourly
