Responsibilities: • Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract • Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close • Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales • Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends • Follow up on all leads and requests for information Consult with clients to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needsAct as an intermediary between your seller and potential buyer"Always be consulting" by providing clients with your very best service and your very best advice Qualifications: • Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented • +1 years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desired • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Sales, Business or a related field of study preferred • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required Must have a current NC Real Estate LicenseDisplay a people-oriented, positive, and customer-focused attitudeKnowledge of and understanding of current real estate trendsWillingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologiesCustomer service or real estate sales background preferredDisplay a people-oriented, positive, and customer-focused attitudeServe as a strong advocate for clients and their goalsDisplay excellent verbal and written communication skillsExercise active listening and active questioning skills to build rapport and uncover client needsShow good organizational and time management skills Compensation: $75,000 - $120,000+ at plan yearly
