You will work alongside experienced acquisitions agents who provide guidance, accountability, and real world insight while helping you strengthen your confidence and communication skills through repetition and daily activity. Responsibilities: • Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM • Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction • Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed • Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions • Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research Qualifications: • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Sales, Business or a related field of study preferred • Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed • Real estate license required Compensation: $160,000 at plan
