You’ll hunt, prepare, and close deals, and ensure each transaction is smooth and successful. Responsibilities: • Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction • Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process • Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale • Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends • Follow up on all leads and requests for information • Advise clients on purchasing and selling residential investment properties and small commercial assets • Analyze opportunities using key investment metrics (cash flow, cap rate, cash-on-cash return, exit strategy) • Guide investors through pricing, underwriting, negotiation, due diligence, and closing • Communicate market conditions, financing considerations, and risk factors clearly and professionally • Collaborate with in-house property management and investment leadership to support client outcomes Qualifications: • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required • 4-year college degree in Sales, Business, Real Estate or related experience highly desired • Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented • 1 or more years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate sales, especially acquisitions, is preferred • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments • Strong understanding of: Investor behavior and decision-making, Short- and long-term investment strategies, and Generational Wealth Strategies • Knowledge of the Atlanta Metro real estate market. • Ability to discuss rates of return, cash flow, comparative asset analysis, and economic conditions in practical, client-friendly terms • High professional standards, sound judgment, and a long-term advisory mindset • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and colleagues Compensation: $200,000
