Responsibilities: • Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward • Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions • Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process • Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close • Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends • Client Engagement: Convert leads into appointments, present offers, and secure purchase agreements. • Negotiation : Effectively negotiate purchase terms and oversee negotiations for sellers • Market Relationships: Build and maintain relationships throughout the market to identify future acquisition opportunities. • Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor the sales process. • Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients. • Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, and market trends. • Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information. Qualifications: • Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed • 4-year college degree in Sales, Business, Real Estate or related experience highly desired • Over 1 year of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales experience is preferred • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Exceptional people skills • Excellent problem-solving skills • Organizational and time-management prowess • Ability to remain calm under pressure • Proficient computer skills • High school diploma (Real estate license is a plus) Compensation: $83,000 - $120,000 yearly
