Responsibilities: • Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed • Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process • Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition • Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward • Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close • Lead follow up • Real estate sales • Database campaigns • Lead generation • Set appointments • Network with contractors and small-scale developers • Close sales • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments • Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality • A real estate license is requiredCommission opportunity • Good communication • Sales experience • Must live within the greater Phoenix area Compensation: $85,000 - $170,000 at plan
