In this role, you’ll identify new property opportunities, cultivate relationships with sellers and investors, and help guide transactions from initial contact to close. You’ll be working alongside a team of experienced professionals who are deeply engaged in team sales, lead generation, and delivering strong results across the board. A real estate license is required, along with the ability to build rapport, think strategically, and operate with a results-oriented mindset. Responsibilities: • Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward • Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale • Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM • Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed • Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends • Follow the team plan • Lead follow up • Investor networking Qualifications: • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments • Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented • Commission opportunity • Real estate license required • Great communication Compensation: $85,000 - $150,000 at plan
