Start by completing our short assessment (required to be considered): https://assessment.predictiveindex.com/bo/S58/WBAVHInsideSales Responsibilities: • Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM • Respond to inbound seller inquiries via phone, text, and email — these are homeowners who contacted us first • Follow up consistently with warm leads until they're ready to move forward or are marked inactive • Qualify sellers on motivation, timeline, and property details to determine the best path forward • Set appointments for the acquisitions team based on seller readiness and deal potential • Keep all lead activity and status updated in our CRM (Podio) for seamless team handoffs • Manage 20-30 new inbound leads per week, plus an active follow-up pipeline • Submit daily and weekly activity reports on calls, appointments set, and pipeline status Qualifications: • Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments • 1+ years of phone-based sales, customer success, or consultative service experience (insurance, solar, home services, financial services, etc.) • Strong listener who can build trust and guide people through emotional or complex decisions — not a high-pressure closer • Comfortable managing a high volume of calls and follow-ups daily • Organized and detail-oriented with CRM or database experience • Coachable, self-motivated, and consistent — follow-up discipline matters more than natural sales talent here • No real estate license or experience required — we provide full paid training Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000 yearly
