Responsibilities: What You’ll Do As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for converting homeowner opportunities into signed real estate agreements. Your responsibilities will include: • Speaking with motivated homeowners and understanding their situation, needs, timeline, and goals • Running sales appointments by phone, Zoom, and/or in person • Asking strong discovery questions to uncover true motivation • Building trust quickly with sellers in sensitive or high-pressure situations • Presenting purchase options and creative real estate solutions • Negotiating purchase terms, pricing, timelines, and seller expectations • Following up relentlessly with leads until there is a clear yes, no, or future opportunity • Working closely with leadership, transaction coordination, dispositions, and operations • Maintaining accurate notes, follow-up tasks, and pipeline activity inside the CRM • Studying the market, comparable sales, repair estimates, and investment strategy • Hitting weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales KPIs • Representing JHB Sacramento with professionalism, honesty, and care What Success Looks Like You will be successful in this role if you: • Consistently convert qualified seller leads into signed contracts • Follow up with discipline and urgency • Communicate clearly with the team • Stay organized inside the CRM • Handle objections without getting emotional or defensive • Negotiate firmly while preserving trust • Learn quickly from coaching and feedback • Operate with integrity even when no one is watching • Help homeowners feel respected, heard, and served Qualifications: Requirements We are looking for someone with: • Proven sales experience • Strong phone presence and communication skills • Ability to build trust quickly • High resilience and comfort with rejection • Strong negotiation ability • Self-motivation and personal accountability • Comfort working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment • Strong follow-up habits • Ability to learn real estate numbers, deal structure, and market analysis • High integrity and emotional intelligence • Reliable transportation for seller appointments when needed • A California real estate license is helpful, but not required.
