    We are a small, fast-growing real estate wholesaling team looking for a few individuals who are eager to develop with our business. You’ll hunt, prepare, and close deals, and ensure each transaction is smooth and successful. This position is instrumental in the growth and success of our business, so we provide the tools and support our acquisitions team needs to perform at their best. The ideal candidate is a talented acquisitions specialist who is persuasive, confident, and detail-oriented. We currently operate in Colorado and plan to expand into additional markets by Q2 of 2026. The ideal candidate will not only excel in acquisitions but will also play a key role in helping us launch and lead new territories. As we expand, you will have the chance to assist with hiring, training, and shaping teams. This is a fully remote position, and you will spend the majority of your workday on the phone. We’re looking for someone who is passionate, competitive, and thrives in a sales-heavy environment. You must be comfortable making high call volumes and closing deals consistently. Responsibilities: • Follow up on all warm leads and requests for information. • Monitor the sales process AND document follow-up by tracking all interaction details in our CRM. • Extend offers to homeowners. • Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients. • Execute daily, weekly, and monthly KPIS. • Attend daily and weekly sales training sessions. Qualifications: • Over 1 year of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is preferred. • Proven experience in sales or customer service, with a strong ability to build rapport and handle high-volume outreach. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to confidently close deals over the phone. • Leadership potential and willingness to support company expansion, including assisting with hiring, training, and launching new markets. Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 yearly
