We’re looking for acquisitions closers to work high-intent leads, negotiate with sellers, and lock up contracts. This is a high-accountability, high-commission seat built for closers who want to control their income. You’ll receive qualified leads from multiple sources: inbound marketing, a dedicated appointment setter who fills your calendar, and an internal database of sellers who’ve already raised their hands. Tiered by monthly revenue closed. Performance Level: Monthly Earnings • Ramping (2–3 deals/month): $5,000 – $8,000/month • Consistent (4–6 deals/month): $8,000 – $12,000/month • Elite (6+ deals/month): $12,000 – $15,000+/month • Consistent producers unlock additional earning potential after 90 days. Responsibilities: • Run the full acquisition cycle: qualify sellers, follow up, analyze property values, present offers, negotiate, and close to a signed contract • Work inbound leads and pre-set appointments from our marketing and setter team • Mine the internal database for additional opportunities • Structure deals as cash wholesale or novation based on property condition and seller situation • Follow up relentlessly until every lead is contracted, disqualified, or dead • Manage your pipeline daily in our CRM, so no lead slips through the cracks • Track your activity and performance against clear, agreed-upon KPIs • Participate in weekly coaching sessions — call reviews, underwriting training, and skill development tailored to the areas you need to strengthen Qualifications: This role is built for someone with hunger, discipline, and the ability to have hard conversations with real people. • 1–2+ years of sales experience with a track record of closing • Commission-only energizes you. It doesn’t scare you • You follow a proven system and execute. You don’t freelance your own process • Coachable — you take feedback, implement it on the next call, and ask for more • Self-managed. You own your day, your pipeline, and your results • Strong communication, listening, and negotiation skills • Comfortable working CST business hours and available for scheduled appointments • You want to build something — not coast Ideal Backgrounds This role aligns well with candidates who have succeeded in: • Real estate wholesale, novation, or investor acquisitions • One-call close / in-home sales • Door-to-door or territory sales • Solar, insurance, roofing, or high-ticket B2C closing • Any commission-only, performance-based sales position Real estate experience is a plus, but not required.
