Added Value: • Streamlined systems and tools • Hands-on coaching and support • Growth-focused team environment Responsibilities: • Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process • Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions • Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction • Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research • Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information • Lead follow-up • Real estate sales • Database campaigns • Lead generation • Follow the team plan • Set appointments • Close sales • Sales talk • Execute appointments Qualifications: • Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Sales, Business or a related field of study preferred • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required • 1 or more years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate sales, especially acquisitions, is preferred • A real estate license is required • Good communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $150,000 at plan
