Responsibilities: • Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close • Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale • Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends • Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed • Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward • Lead follow up • Real estate sales • Database campaigns • Lead generation • Set appointments • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments • Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality • A real estate license is required • Great communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $145,000 at plan
