Responsibilities: • Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions • Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed • Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close • Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM • Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information • Follow the team plan • Lead generation • Lead follow up Qualifications: • Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments • Real estate license required • Great communication Compensation: $130,000 at plan
