As an Investment Sales Agent, you will learn to work with both private and institutional investors to identify acquisition and disposition opportunities, analyze property value, and manage transactions from start to finish. Responsibilities: • Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions • Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed • Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition • Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed • Follow up on all leads and requests for information Qualifications: • Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Real Estate license required Compensation: $160,000 at plan
