Real Estate Acquisitions Sales Specialist
Most agents spend their first few years grinding to build a database. You'd skip that entirely. The Carol Royse Team has closed over 9,000 sales in Arizona and built a warm database of 28,000 buyers — and we're hiring two licensed agents to work it exclusively. This is an investor-focused acquisitions role. You'll prospect our existing database, fill the seats at our quarterly investor workshops (our last one drew 26 attendees, hosted by a world-renowned real estate investor and best-selling author), and turn those relationships into closed deals. You run the investment consultations, get clients pre-qualified with our preferred lender, present opportunities, and write contracts. We've invested millions in building the pipeline. Your job is to convert it. For the right agent, this is a rare combination: warm leads handed to you, a proven workshop funnel, and serious room to grow. Responsibilities: • Prospect our warm database of 28,000+ buyers to identify and engage real estate investors • Drive registrations and attendance for our quarterly investor workshops • Host one-on-one investment consultations to understand client goals and build trust • Get prospective investors pre-qualified with our preferred lending partner • Present vetted investment opportunities matched to each client's strategy • Negotiate and get qualified investors under contract • Track activity, conversions, and pipeline in our CRM to keep deals moving Qualifications: • Active Arizona real estate license (required) • Strong phone and consultation skills — comfortable prospecting and converting warm leads • Self-motivated and goal-driven, with the discipline to work on a database consistently • Interest in real estate investing and the ability to speak credibly to investor clients • Organized and CRM-fluent, able to manage a high volume of relationships • Coachable and team-oriented — you plug into our systems rather than reinventing them • Prior acquisitions or investor-agent experience is a plus, not a requirement Compensation: $100,000
