Your primary goal is to get sellers under contract for a cash offer. You'll have HOT leads from inbound marketing, where you'll analyze and close deals, ensuring each transaction is smooth and successful. This is a key role for our growth, and we'll provide the training, tools, and support you need to succeed. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated acquisitions specialist with a proven track record in sales. You must be persuasive, confident, and detail-oriented. Responsibilities • Own the sales cycle: Quickly respond to and manage a high volume of inbound leads. You will be responsible for tracking all activities and maintaining a clean pipeline in our CRM from initial contact to a signed contract. • Negotiate and close deals: Build rapport with sellers, overcome objections, and get homes under contract for a cash offer. • Analyze properties: Perform property analysis using comps, data, and market trends to determine an accurate cash offer. • Prepare contracts: Draft offers, contracts, and other necessary documents to facilitate the transaction process. • Exceed performance goals: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs related to phone calls, appointments, and contracts signed. QualificationsExceptional sales skills: A proven track record in a sales role where you had to meet and exceed quotas. Strong phone skills are a must, with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone. • Experience: At least one year of experience in real estate acquisitions or a high-volume sales role is strongly preferred. Experience with lead management and tracking KPIs is a plus. • Results-driven mindset: An enthusiastic passion for real estate and a goal-oriented, competitive personality. Compensation This is a 100% commission-based role with upside earning potential. The salary range of $50,000–$75,000+ per year reflects what top-performing team members earn based on results. • There is no base salary , but we provide full support, systems, and high-quality inbound leads to help you succeed. • We offer performance bonuses and incentives for top producers. • The more contracts you close, the more you earn — your income is in your control. Qualifications: • Proven track record in a sales role, consistently meeting and exceeding KPIs. • Experience in real estate acquisitions or high-volume sales for at least one year. • Ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with sellers over the phone. • Strong organizational skills to manage and maintain a clean CRM pipeline. • Proficiency in conducting property analyses using market data and trends. • Results-driven mindset with a passion for real estate and competitive spirit.
