Responsibilities: • Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales • Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research • Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward • Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction • Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed • Find acquisition properties • Develop a builder, developer, and contractor network • Investment property lead generation • Investment property lead follow-up • Listing appointments • Investment property buyer and seller sales Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Sales, Business or a related field of study preferred • Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required • Real estate license required • Ability to learn and coachable • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $165,000 at plan
