We’re looking for a driven, strategic, and hungry Acquisitions Specialist who wants more than just a job, but someone who wants to help build and scale an investment arm inside one of the top-producing teams in the region. What You’ll Do You won’t just “take appointments.” You’ll help architect the growth of our investment division. • Build rapport with motivated sellers and confidently guide them through alternative selling options (wholesale, assignments, creative finance, direct purchase) • Analyze deals using comps, market data, site visits, and trend research to determine true investment value • Negotiate contracts and overcome objections with clarity and confidence • Structure and prepare letters of intent, purchase agreements, and related documentation • Collaborate with buyers, investors, and partners to ensure smooth closings • Help design and refine marketing strategies that attract off-market and motivated sellers • Research and identify new investment models, partnership structures, and geographic opportunities You will be instrumental in shaping systems, processes, and deal flow as we scale. Responsibilities: • Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients • Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research • Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close • Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale • Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward Qualifications: • Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required • Over 1 year of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales experience is preferred Compensation: $94,000
