Responsibilities: • Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information • Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research • Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process • Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction • Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales • Prospect for acquisition properties • Follow the team plan • CRM mastery Qualifications: • Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Good communication • Real Estate License Required in order to work with clients and earn commissions. • Ability to work independently and in groups Compensation: $140,000+ at plan earnings
