Responsibilities: What You Will Be Doing: • Receiving ~5-10 high intent leads per day from motivated sellers - no cold calling • Running the full acquisition cycle: qualify, follow up, analyze, present, close • Managing your pipeline daily in our CRM - zero leads falling through • Running comps, evaluating deal structures, submitting offers on every qualified lead • Working directly with the CEO - weekly 1-on-1 call reviews, scorecard-based coaching Qualifications: This Role Is For You If: • You have 1–2+ years of full cycle real estate or high-ticket B2C closing experience • Commission-only doesn't scare you - it motivates you • You move fast, follow up relentlessly, and close decisively • You take full ownership of outcomes - good or bad • Available CST business hours • You are hungry to build - not coasting This Role Is NOT For You If: • You need a guaranteed base to feel secure • You run your own process instead of the one that is working • You blame leads, the market, or the system when deals don't close • You avoid pressure, difficult conversations, or direct feedback • You need daily direction or constant motivation Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000
