Responsibilities: • Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close • Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM • Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales • Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed • Follow up on all leads and requests for information • Find acquisition properties • Develop builder, developer, and contractor network • Investment property lead generation • Investment property lead follow up • Listing appointments • Investment property buyer and seller sales Qualifications: • Preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work • Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required • Real estate license • Commission opportunity • Good first impression and phone skills Compensation: $85,000 - $130,000 at plan
