Responsibilities: • Generate leads through calls, outreach, and networking • Build and maintain relationships with sellers and agents • Evaluate deals, negotiate offers, and close contracts • Provide excellent communication and follow-up • Collaborate with the team to improve the acquisition strategy Qualifications: • Over 1 year of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales experience is preferred • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed Compensation: $65,000 - $150,000
