Responsibilities: • Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed • Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends • Follow up on all leads and requests for information • Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale • Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close • Find acquisition properties • Develop builder, developer, and contractor network • Investment property lead generation • Investment property lead follow-up • Listing appointments • Investment property buyer and seller sales Qualifications: • Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone • A real estate license is required • Sales experience • Must live within daily driving distance of the office Compensation: $165,000 at plan
