Responsibilities: • Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract • Follow up on all leads and requests for information • Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed • Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions • Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers • Follow the team plan Qualifications: • Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required • Real estate license required in order to work with clients and earn commissions • Great communication Compensation: $160,000+ at plan
