Responsibilities: • Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM • Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction • Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed • Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research • Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward • Find acquisition properties • Develop a builder, developer, and contractor network • Investment property lead generation • Investment property lead follow-up • Listing appointments • Investment property buyer and seller sales • Execute appointments • Sales talk • Close sales Qualifications: • Preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work • Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required • A real estate license is required • Great communication • Sales experience Compensation: $160,000 at plan commissions
