Responsibilities: • Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends • Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers • Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients • Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward • Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales • Find acquisition properties • Develop builder, developer, and contractor network • Investment property lead generation • Investment property lead follow-up • Listing appointments • Investment property buyer and seller sales • Execute appointments • Sales talk • Close sales Qualifications: • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments • Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality • A real estate license is required • Great communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $160,000 at plan
