This is NOT cold calling. We invest heavily in marketing and lead generation, and our junior follow-up team warms up your leads before they ever hit your desk. Essential Duties & Responsibilities • Respond promptly and professionally to all inbound seller inquiries. • Conduct seller consultations via phone, Zoom, and in-person meetings to assess needs and present solutions. • Build strong relationships with sellers by earning trust, overcoming objections, and guiding them through the closing process. • Use the CRM daily to manage your pipeline, track activity, and ensure consistent follow-up. • Partner with junior specialists and leadership to optimize performance and deal flow. • Follow a proven, structured sales process designed to deliver predictable, high-volume closings.
