With access to structured systems, scripts, and tools, you’ll learn how to manage incoming leads, create win-win solutions, and close deals confidently—while building a scalable business. Responsibilities: • Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed • Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale • Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition • Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers • Follow up on all leads and requests for information • Team and database lead generation • Find acquisition properties • Develop a builder, developer, and contractor network • Investment property lead generation • Investment property lead follow-up • Listing appointments • Investment property buyer and seller sales • Close appointments • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work • Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments • A real estate license is required • Good communication • Sales experience Compensation: $170,000 at plan
