We are seeking a full-time Real Estate Acquisition Specialist to identify and work with motivated property sellers to reach signed purchase agreements. In this role, you will communicate with inbound and outbound leads, build rapport with homeowners, analyze property details and comparable sales, and present purchase offers that align with the company’s investment criteria. You will manage the sales process from initial contact through contract execution while maintaining detailed records of all interactions in the CRM. The ideal candidate is results-driven, a problem-solver, organized, and comfortable negotiating with property owners. You will follow established acquisition processes, maintain consistent follow-up with prospects, and meet weekly performance goals, including obtaining a minimum of two assignable purchase contracts per week. You will also collaborate with the dispositions and transaction coordination teams to ensure accurate deal documentation and smooth progression from contract to closing. Responsibilities: • Meet or exceed weekly performance goals for contracts, appointments, and lead follow-ups. • Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity when representing the company to sellers. • Identify and engage with motivated property sellers through inbound and outbound lead channels. • Maintain consistent communication with prospects through phone, text, email, and follow-up systems. • Monitor the sales process and document follow-up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM. • Analyze property details, condition, and market comparables to determine viable offer ranges. • Follow company acquisition processes and scripts. • Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients. • Identify motivated sellers and obtain a minimum of two assignable purchase contracts per week. • Collaborate with dispositions and transaction coordination teams to ensure smooth deal progression. • Provide accurate deal information and documentation to support contract assignments and closings. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Sales, Business or a related field of study preferred • Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required • +1 years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desired Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 yearly
