    New Fresh Investments is a highly successful real estate investment firm focusing on residential fix and flip and rental properties in Southern California, and comes with years of experience with investing in SoCal Real Estate. We plan on increasing our volume and are seeking an enthusiastic and driven A Player who wants to contribute and grow with a real estate investment company in San Diego. WE WANT TO WORK WITH CLOSERS! This position includes a per-transaction compensation plus profit share, so there is high earning potential. Responsibilities: As a Real Estate Acquisitions Associate, you will: • Earn $$$ while working toward your CA Real Estate License • Prospect and maintain new agent and seller relationships. • Generate leads through multiple strategies, including inbound and outbound calling. • Analyze properties accurately and responsibly. • Formulate rough renovation budgets to make buying decisions. • Make offers and negotiate with homeowners and Realtors. • Procure contracts on high-margin deals. • Assist in process improvements and innovation. • Assist in formulating and implementing marketing and lead generation processes. Qualifications: POSITION REQUIREMENTS:Sales Experience: Proven success in sales, with a passion for closing deals. • Cold-Calling Experience: Essential experience in cold-calling to generate leads and build relationships. • Self-Motivated: Able to work independently and stay driven to achieve targets. • Team Player: Excellent collaboration and communication skills. • Attention to Detail: Impeccable follow-up skills and acute attention to detail. • Technical Proficiency: Efficient with Microsoft Office/Google Docs. • Location: Must be local to San Diego. Compensation: $120,000+
