    We are a high-performance real estate investment company looking for a full-time Acquisitions Specialist to help us buy properties directly from motivated sellers. If you're a true sales pro with a proven track record and the hunger to dominate in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment, this is for you. We’re looking for closers, not rookies, not dabblers. You should be: • Proven: Top 10% sales performer in a previous role. Show us your numbers. • Intelligent: Quick-thinking, sharp, and confident in decision-making under pressure. • Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written skills. You know how to talk to sellers and build real rapport. • Assertive Negotiator: You know how to drive deals forward and overcome objections. • Organized & Detail-Oriented: You’ll juggle multiple deals and timelines—no room for sloppy follow-up. • Driven & Relentless: You will hustle. You will follow up. You will make it happen. • Coachable & Growth-Minded: Willing to take feedback and improve fast. Bonus if you’ve completed formal sales training from respected programs like Sandler, Buffini, Tom Ferry, Cardone U, RJ Bates, John Martinez, Keller Williams BOLD, Etc. Responsibilities: • Analyze property values using comps, market data, and site details • Qualify inbound leads and respond rapidly to seller inquiries • Build rapport with sellers and uncover real motivation • Negotiate win-win deals and get contracts signed • Manage tasks and pipeline in CRM (Salesforce) Qualifications: • 1+ year of experience in real estate acquisitions or sales • Experience running CMA reports or analyzing comps • Comfortable using tools like Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets, and e-signature software • Weekend availability — this isn’t a M–F 9 to 5 role Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000
