Remida Management LLC is seeking a full-time Real Estate Acquisitions Sales Analyst to join our growing real estate investment team in St. Petersburg. This position is ideal for a driven sales professional who is confident in building relationships, analyzing opportunities, and helping close profitable real estate transactions. You will play a key role in identifying acquisition opportunities, evaluating property value, presenting offers, and helping move deals from initial contact through closing. We provide the systems, tools, and support needed for our acquisitions team to perform at a high level. The right candidate is persuasive, organized, goal-oriented, and motivated to grow within a fast-paced real estate environment. Responsibilities: • Evaluate incoming leads and determine acquisition opportunities • Prepare and present competitive offers based on property analysis • Respond promptly to seller inquiries and new lead opportunities • Analyze property values using comparable sales, market research, and local trends • Conduct site evaluations and gather relevant data for decision-making • Build rapport with sellers and guide them through the contract process • Negotiate terms and address objections professionally • Coordinate communication between buyers and sellers to support smooth closings • Maintain detailed records of all lead activity, follow-up, and deal progress within the CRM • Meet company KPIs and performance targets consistently Qualifications: • Real estate license is not required before hiring, but must be obtained upon starting employment • Strong motivation to succeed in real estate acquisitions and sales • Goal-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and meet targets • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong phone skills with the ability to build trust, set appointments, and close opportunities • At least 1 year of experience in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales preferred Compensation: $48,000 - $100,000
