Your primary mission is to connect with homeowners looking to sell, build rapport, and negotiate win-win solutions that benefit both parties. Your day-to-day: • Respond to and qualify incoming leads from our marketing systems • Build genuine rapport with sellers and understand their unique situations • Schedule and conduct property appointments (virtual and in-person) • Negotiate offers and overcome objections to close deals • Manage your pipeline using our CRM and follow up consistently until contracts are signed • Participate in team trainings to sharpen your skills Must be located in at least a 50-mile radius of Augusta, Georgia.
