Responsibilities: • Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed • Follow up on all leads and requests for information • Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition • Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract • Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales Qualifications: • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Sales, Business or a related field of study preferred • Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented • Real estate license is required in order to work with clients and earn commissions • Great communication • Driven • Self-starter Compensation: $160,000+ at plan
