You will pursue new properties for the company and cultivate relationships with buyers to sell these properties. You must be results-oriented, think strategically, and build connections with homeowners and investors. Responsibilities: • Reach out and get contracts from homeowners that want to sell their home • Learn and understand real estate terms, values, contracts, repairs, and more • Willing to learn new things quickly and multi-task • Must be able to manage leads and follow up with prospects using CRM software • Must be motivated to bring in outside business • Must be a team player • Love helping people and great at building rapport • Excellent verbal and written skills • Show initiative in everything you do and have a great mindset/attitude • Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved • Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads • Seek out new business opportunities within the assigned geographies to expand clientele • Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication • Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives so they can convert clients and provide quick turnaround Qualifications: • Someone who understands that success comes through hard work and tenacity • Teachable and willing to adapt our streamlined processes/systems • Quick starter • Can follow instructions and is detail-oriented • Minimum of 2-3 years Sales Experience • No Real Estate Experience is required, but preferred • High School Diploma • Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred • Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal • Two years of previous sales experience • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000 yearly
