You will pursue new properties for the company and cultivate relationships with buyers to sell these properties. Responsibilities: • Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research • Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale • Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close • Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed • Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward What You'll Do: • Engage with inbound and outbound leads • Build rapport with homeowners and qualify opportunities • Present offers and negotiate confidently • Follow up consistently to close deals • Collaborate with acquisitions and closing teams • Hit and exceed monthly performance goals Qualifications: • 1 or more years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate sales, especially acquisitions, is preferred • Preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments • Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality What We’re Looking For: • A strong communicator with high energy and a positive attitude • Coachable and eager to learn sales skills and real estate basics • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, goal-driven environment • Self-motivated and performance-oriented • Tech-savvy and organized • Sales or call center experience is a plus!
