    Real Estate Acquisitions Team Member – Commission Only (Chicago) We are seeking a driven and motivated Acquisitions Team Member to join our wholesale real estate division. This role focuses on prospecting, nurturing leads, and closing off-market and wholesale transactions throughout the Chicago area. This is a high-energy position for someone who enjoys talking to sellers, solving problems, and working deals from start to finish. The right candidate will be self-driven, reliable, and willing to work in the field and on the phone. Responsibilities: • Prospect and nurture wholesale and off-market leads • Make outbound calls and follow up with motivated sellers • Meet with property owners in person • Take property photos and document conditions • Attend open houses and property appointments • Work with other agents and investors to move deals forward • Problem-solve unique situations, including cash for keys, lock changes, property clean up, and relocation support • Serve notices and assist with occupancy transitions when needed • Coordinate property access and basic field tasks • Support deal flow from initial contact to contract Schedule & Work Expectations • Commission-only position with salary option after 90 days based on performance • Must be self-driven and able to work independently • Expected to work 40–55 hours per week • Appointments scheduled during daytime hours • Weekend availability required • Must be willing to travel throughout all areas of Chicago Qualifications: Candidate Requirements • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Comfortable working on the phone and in the field • Reliable transportation • Professional and solution-oriented mindset • Able to handle challenging situations with empathy and confidence • Real estate experience preferred but not required • Licensed real estate agent preferred but not required (depending on structure) Compensation: $50,000
