Your responsibilities include relaying important messages to the agent, scheduling the agent's appointments and meetings, and systematizing information in the client databases. In addition, you'll be helping organize and execute special events, ranging from mega open houses to garage sales to block parties. Responsibilities: • Coordinate and manage a busy agent's calendar, ensuring all appointments and meetings are scheduled efficiently • Develop and maintain organized standard operating procedures, ensuring transactional timelines are met • Assist in planning and executing special events, such as open houses and community gatherings, to enhance client engagement • Create and implement streamlined workflows and processes to improve office efficiency and productivity • Provide exceptional service by anticipating the needs of the agent and clients, ensuring a seamless experience • Handle correspondence and communications with professionalism, ensuring all interactions reflect our brand's values and standards • Manage & update CRM- Follow Up Boss, and serve as liaison for graphic designer and social media team • Prepare appraisal packages • Update MLS entries • Organize email inbox Qualifications: • Strong interpersonal skills and time management skills • 2-3 years experience providing administrative support in a personal assistant role, or similar • High school diploma required • Prior experience in real estate is a bonus • Used to handling private information and meeting hard deadlines • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Multiple Listing Service • Reside and be familiar with the Northeast Los Angeles neighborhoods • A valid CA driver's license, insurance, and dependable vehicle Compensation: $70,000 yearly
