We're a Compass real estate team in Dallas, hiring our first operations hire. This is an AI-forward team — we use AI tools daily for content creation, analysis, and workflow automation. You won't be walking into a polished machine; you'll be helping us build it. We have documented SOPs, marketing calendars, and systems ready to execute. We need someone to own the execution, refine the processes, and help us scale intelligently. This role grows into operational leadership, not sales. If you're a systems thinker who's comfortable with AI and wants to build something, keep reading. You'll have access to paid versions of all major AI platforms and work alongside AI assistants daily. We value ownership over task completion, systems thinking, clear communication, and continuous improvement. Mostly remote with weekly in-person meetings at the Compass office. High autonomy — we point you at outcomes, not micromanage tasks. Growth path leads to operational leadership as the team scales. Responsibilities: • Own and refine our SOPs — identify gaps, document improvements, keep them current • Execute marketing calendar across channels: direct mail, email, social media, MLS, and portal syndication • Coordinate listing media, including photography, video, and 3D tours • Support transaction workflow: document preparation, deadline tracking, file management, vendor coordination • Maintain CRM: lead entry, contact updates, action plans, and client communications • Write property descriptions and marketing content using AI tools • Be the operational backbone — if it's not client-facing or negotiation, it flows through you Qualifications: • 2+ years in real estate operations, administration, or related field • Strong technology skills — you learn new platforms quickly • Comfort with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) — you'll use these daily • Excellent written communication for client-facing content • Self-directed work style with strong accountability • Located in DFW metro (weekly office meetings + occasional in-person) • CRM experience strongly preferred; transaction coordination experience a plus Compensation: $35,000 - $40,000 yearly
