Real Estate Administrative Assistant
Full-Time Position We are seeking a special, ethical, professional, and motivated real estate administrative assistant to join our growing team. We are seeking the perfect individual to lead our team to sell over 500 units and achieve a top-100 ranking among Real Estate Teams in the United States. Your job will be to complete and file the appropriate paperwork for transactions, oversee important deadlines, notify clients when necessary, adhere to legal and tax withholding requirements, and coordinate schedules as well as booking appointments. You’ll also work with the team to manage the production of all marketing and processing materials. Our ideal candidate has superb organizational skills, a knack for customer service, and a strong understanding of the real estate transaction process. Responsibilities: • Enforce compliance with legal and tax withholding processes • Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results to the rest of the team to ensure company goals are being met • Fulfill client requests for information or other relevant transaction services in a quick and friendly manner • Continue to build skills and knowledge in the real estate industry by attending educational events • Complete paperwork for all real estate transactions promptly to ensure a deal is closed as quickly as possible • Notify transaction participants when a deadline is approaching Qualifications: • Organizational and prioritizing/multitasking skills are a must • Basic knowledge of Google systems • Knowledge of Zipforms, DocuSign, Bright MLS, and DocuSign Transaction Room is a plus, but not a must • Ability to work independently • Strong communication skills • Detailed oriented • People skills • A license for real estate is preferred, but NOT required • Understands how to utilize a database for processing client information and how to use Microsoft Office to create necessary documents • Great written and verbal skills • High school diploma or equivalent required Compensation: $20 - $35 hourly
