You’ll be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations, marketing execution, and growth initiatives of Brandon Jackson, OKC Real Estate business. This role is designed for a highly organized, proactive, and accountable individual who is eager to learn the real estate industry from the inside out. This role requires a strong work ethic, reliability, attention to detail, and a high level of ownership. The right candidate will play a key part in keeping documents, systems, and projects moving forward while gaining hands-on experience in real estate operations, marketing, and business development. Responsibilities: • Support transaction coordination (if licensed), CRM updates, and organization of contracts and documents • Maintain systems, workflows, and task tracking to ensure smooth day-to-day operations • Assist with marketing efforts, including listings, campaigns, and content coordination • Help manage and grow social media presence through content creation, scheduling, and engagement • Conduct market and property research, track performance metrics, and compile reports • Coordinate with vendors, support client/investor communications, and handle special projects Qualifications: • Real estate license preferred, but not required • Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems • Flexible schedule with availability for evenings and weekends as needed • Familiarity with tools like social media platforms, Canva, Notion, or similar (preferred, not required) • Strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced, business-friendly environment with excellent attention to detail and organization Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly
