Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to support the team • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and client meetings • Assist in preparing marketing materials and listings for luxury properties • Handle client inquiries and communication with exceptional professionalism • Maintain accurate records of transactions and real estate documents • Oversee social media and digital marketing efforts to promote listings and brand presence • Help ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks and projects Qualifications: • Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in real estate • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Familiarity with real estate processes and tools is a plus • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and social media platforms • Must be proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently • Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity • A positive, client-focused attitude Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly
